Shipping
Comfy Kids uses both Deutsche Post and UPS for all our shipping.
Deutsche Post is generally less expensive but may take longer for deliveries (estimate at least 1 week for delivery although this is in reality often less). There is no tracking of packages available. We can however offer Deutsche Post insurance on your package for an extra €2.50. Please contact us if you would like to add insurance to your order.
UPS is more expensive but all shipments can be tracked (a tracking number will be supplied to you), delivery is guaranteed within 2-4 days (depending on the country to be delivered to). We can also offer overnight shipping with UPS but this is obviously more expensive again. Please contact us if you would like to ship via UPS.
We do not charge a handling fee on top of the actual shipping charges. We try to charge the correct fee on your initial invoice but often shipping prices are estimates. If we have charged you €2 more than your actual shipping cost, we will refund you the difference.
Returns
Our goal at Comfy Kids is to give you the best customer service that we can. If you are not satisfied with any of our products please let us know and we will endeavor to correct the situation.
All our products are covered by the individual manufacturer’s warrantees. Normal wear and tear of any item is not covered by any warrantees or guarantees. Any products with manufacturing defects will be replaced immediately. Please contact us immediately if you have a question or concern regarding any products.
Cancellations to orders can be made prior to shipping. A full refund of any payment will be returned to you using the same payment system you used to pay for your order. If your order has already shipped, please contact us immediately and return the items to us as soon as you receive them. Upon receipt of the items (in the original and unopened packaging) a refund will be issued.
All returns must be made within 30 days from receipt of item and must be returned in the original (unopened) packaging. We reserve the right to ask you for a reason for your return to help us to improve our product range and customer service. Please contact us before sending any returns.
